This project is the new office building of the seventh construction company of China Petroleum and natural gas, located in the Republic of Niger City Zinder. It includes Room of multi function hall, conference room, video conference room, lecture hall, training room.
Audio system: MISSION speakers, MISSION Power amplifier, AALLEN&HEATH MIX, Symetrix digital processor,  ALLEN&HEATH mixer, audio-technica microphones, TAIDEN simultaneous interpretation and other equipment components.
Video system: PANASONIC projectors, PANASONIC TV，SONY camera, and other equipment components.
